What if you could change how you relate to things like negative thoughts, feelings, or memories. Imagine seeing a thought as nothing more than a thought. Imagine you choosing your own behaviors and actions based on what matters most. I believe that practice make permanent and the more you practice values based decisions the less impact thoughts and unhelpful emotions have. I am a huge tech nerd, I enjoy building with AI and playing video games with my youngest kiddo. I value my fatherhood and use this value in all of my decision of how I want to be as a husband, father, therapist, supervisor, and leader.
