About My Clients

I work with teens, adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. My ideal clients are ready for self-exploration and growth in a compassionate, collaborative space. Using psychodynamic and person-centered therapy, I help uncover patterns and develop tools for lasting healing and change. If you seek understanding and real-world support, I’m here to help.

My Background and Approach

I bring a diverse background to my therapy practice, combining personal experience, education, and professional training to support clients on their healing journeys. Having navigated significant loss and trauma myself, I understand how life’s challenges can deeply impact mental health. I hold a master’s degree in therapy and am trained in psychodynamic and person-centered approaches, blending insight-oriented work with empathy and collaboration. My approach focuses on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. Together, we explore underlying patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your present struggles. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you build practical tools for resilience, emotional growth, and healthier relationships. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or relational conflicts, I’m committed to walking alongside you with compassion and authenticity as you work toward meaningful change and balance.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey that requires patience, courage, and self-compassion. Everyone’s story is unique, and therapy should honor your individual path while providing a supportive, safe space to explore your emotions and challenges. I value authenticity, empathy, and connection, and I strive to build genuine relationships with my clients rooted in trust and respect. Outside of therapy, I’m a Los Angeles native who enjoys swimming, cooking, and spending quality time with my wife. These passions remind me of the importance of balance and self-care in our busy lives. I bring the same care and authenticity to my work as I do to life, believing that growth and healing happen when we feel seen and supported both in and outside the therapy room.
