About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), and identity exploration. Many clients feel stuck in people-pleasing, masking, perfectionism, overthinking, or chronic burnout. You don’t need to arrive with a clear roadmap. We’ll begin with validation and curiosity, explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and work toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and a life that feels genuinely yours.
My Background and Approach
My approach is practical, collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—not “fix” you or tell you how to live. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that helps you clarify your values, develop psychological flexibility, and make meaningful choices even when difficult thoughts or emotions arise. I also integrate mindfulness-based, humanistic, and phenomenological approaches to honor your unique lived experience, identity, strengths, and needs. I value therapeutic humility, intellectual curiosity, and lifelong learning, and I’m committed to inclusive, contemporary, neurodiversity-affirming care. Our work will be grounded in warmth, mutual respect, genuine curiosity, and clinical integrity—with the goal of helping you cultivate greater self-compassion, authenticity, meaning, and vitality.
