About My Clients
Currently, I am looking for LPC supervisees and counseling interns that are looking towards licensure. I am also looking to provide therapy to individuals looking to address mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma and development. I specialize in working with youth (aged 8 - 18yrs.) and young adults that are on the brink of becoming very successful.
My Background and Approach
I am a therapist with over 15 years of mental health experience. I am also licensed as a Clinical Supervisor and I love to support new interns and LPCs to hone in on their talents. Learning about the field, best interventions and building rapport. I enjoy assisting those who a in the weeds and help them to thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in unconditional positive regard, while no one is perfect seeking help is the best first step in become the best versions of ourselves. I meet clients/supervisee where they currently are; and carefully travel with them to where they want to be. I truly enjoy assisting others with becoming aware of the various aspects that exist within themselves
