I welcome clients any concerns from anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transition, stress and a range of other topics. My specialties are developing coping skills, substance abuse counseling, gender identity/sexuality and transhealth.

I am a Solution focused therapist that use CBT practices with a person centered approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an African American woman and an member of the LGBTQIA community. I believe it is important that minorities receive the mental health support they need without judgement and bias. I feel it is important to have diversity in the mental health to help step outside of the stigma that often comes when addressing mental health.
