About My Clients
My clients are often high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Many are navigating pregnancy or the postpartum period and struggling to feel like themselves again. They may be juggling responsibilities while quietly carrying distress. I offer a calm, supportive space to feel heard, gain clarity, and explore treatment options that help restore balance and a sense of well-being.
My Background and Approach
I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach to psychiatric care, combining thoughtful medication management with supportive therapy. I believe treatment should be individualized—there is no one-size-fits-all plan. I take time to understand your experiences, symptoms, and goals so we can develop a plan that feels comfortable and aligned with your needs. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you feel heard and supported while also providing clear guidance and education around treatment options. When appropriate, I incorporate evidence-based approaches and coordinate care with therapists, OB/GYNs, or primary care providers to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive experience. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, or perinatal mental health challenges, my goal is to help you feel more stable, empowered, and like yourself again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental health care should be compassionate, individualized, and grounded in trust. Each person’s experience is unique, and treatment should reflect that. I value creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you feel more connected, empowered, and like yourself again. I also believe that seeking help is a sign of strength, and that meaningful change happens through a collaborative, supportive relationship.
