About My Clients
I am passionate about supporting individuals coping with type-1 diabetes and other life-changing diagnoses. I am also passionate about working with clients who struggle with substance abuse and gambling addiction, as well as other mental health issues. I enjoy educating clients on how practicing better self-care can greatly improve their physical and mental wellness.
My Background and Approach
I have over 5 years of experience working with clients who struggle with various addictions, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy are techniques I commonly use. I would describe myself as very client centered and empathetic as well.
