About My Clients
I have a passion for clients exploring all forms of identity. My favorite part about working with clients is being able to assist you in answering the questions "who am I? and "what do I value?". Those questions aren't simple and together we will find the answers.
My Background and Approach
I’m a LCSW-A. I have a background in substance use and community mental health. My specialties are LGBTQIA+ folx, exploring identity, life transitions, and addiction. In session, I use a solution-focused, person-centered, and eclectic approach to meet your needs with a specialized care plan. Often times I use pieces of CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate I firmly believe in the importance of social justice and advocacy. I consistently research, find resources, and share any information I find when possible. The most important value of mine is to always be a learner. This keeps me grounded and eager to continue my own education.
