About My Clients

My clients are curious, self-aware, and ready for more than surface-level change. They’re individuals and partners who don’t fit neatly into traditional boxes—queer, non-monogamous, questioning, or redefining what intimacy means to them. They’re tired of shrinking, people-pleasing, or repeating the same patterns, and want honest, affirming space to explore desire, communication, identity, and connection on their own terms.

My Background and Approach

I’m a queer sex therapist offering deeply affirming, nonjudgmental care for individuals and relationships that exist outside traditional norms. My background is rooted in sex-positive, trauma-informed work, with training in relational dynamics, sexuality, and identity exploration. I understand how shame, stigma, and cultural narratives shape the way we experience ourselves and our connections, and I work collaboratively to unpack those layers with care, curiosity, and honesty. My approach is warm, direct, and engaged. I don’t sit back silently—I show up with you. Therapy with me often includes humor alongside depth; we can hold hard truths while still finding moments of lightness and relief. Together, we explore patterns, deepen self-understanding, and build practical tools for communication, intimacy, and change. My goal is to help you create a life and relationships that feel aligned, embodied, and fully your own.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m grounded in the belief that there’s no single “right” way to do relationships, identity, or intimacy. I’m deeply influenced by relationship anarchy, which values autonomy, consent, and the freedom to build connections outside of rigid hierarchies or scripts. I also draw from social constructivism, understanding that many of the norms we’re taught about love, sex, and partnership are created—not inherent—and can be questioned, reshaped, or released. In my personal life, I’m active in feminist social justice circles and continue to be committed to equity, bodily autonomy, and liberation work. I practice both relationship anarchy and polyamory, which inform how I think about care, communication, and choice in relationships. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in women’s higher education and in reproductive justice nonprofits, experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of how power, access, and identity intersect.
