About My Clients
My aim is to create a warm, judgement free, safe space for you to understand yourself better. I see therapy as a journey between two people. At times the journey can feel daunting, overwhelming, and challenging, and I am here to help make the burden a little easier to bear. I work with individuals of all backgrounds and of various ages, coping with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal and relationship struggles, work stress, stage of life transitions, and more.

I work to truly understand and join with you to uncover difficulties or patterns you may not see just yet. We will work together to enhance your ability to sift through the challenges and get to the root of the issues you are facing. I will help you gain more insight and clarity for yourself and your relationships, and create a deeper understanding of the ways your history is intertwined with your present. We all feel stuck at different times in our lives, and I want to help you get unstuck. I will empower you to recognize the changes you can make to improve your life, and how to make sense of the things that you cannot control. I also to bring myself into the room using humor, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm to foster a space of honesty and connection.
