About My Clients
Clients who are introspective tend to thrive in therapy with me. If you often ask yourself, “Why do I feel this way?” or “Is this normal?”—you’re not alone. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more, helping them explore their thought patterns. When we understand how we think, we can better understand the behaviors that follow. My sessions focus on uncovering those connections and building insight that leads to meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with national certification. I truly believe therapy is a space for introspection, and that belief guides my approach. I primarily use Systems Theory and CBT to help shape the work we do in session. I have a strong background in working with PTSD and couples. I’m a patient therapist—I’ll never push you past your comfort zone just for the sake of progress. One thing you’ll hear me say often is that awareness is the most important (and hardest) first step. We’ve all experienced walking around with a problem we didn’t know was a problem. And we’ve all felt the anxiety that comes with finally seeing it clearly. Therapy with me is about reducing that anxiety and creating space for solutions.
