About My Clients
I primarily work with adults (aged 18 and up). My mode of practice is to provide individualized treatment specifically tailored to the challenges you bring. While stigma persists regarding seeking mental health treatment, the evidence suggests taking proper care of your mental health/hygiene does positively affect your overall livelihood in terms of reducing stress and worry while gaining happiness and contentment, so, I encourage you to seek the help you need.
My Background and Approach
Helping individuals dominate their mental challenges is a passion of mine. I will come along side you taking the time to understand your story and the current mental space you find yourself. We will continuously collaborate in setting your desired goals while mapping out a plan to achieve them. I have worked in psychiatry for over a decade with populations across the lifespan and in a variety of health care settings. The breath of experiences I've collected have undoubtedly positively shaped my mode of practice as a clinician. I look forward to journeying with you, so do reach out to me for support. I have experience treating the following conditions: Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar and Related Disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Trauma & Stress Related Disorders (e.g. PTSD), & Sleep-Wake Disorders (e.g. Insomnia)
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in personal agency. Consequently, while empathy is the vehicle through which I operate, success often arrives as a result of active participation from my clients.
