About My Clients
I am particularly interested in working with clients dealing with interpersonal relationships and finding their identities. I enjoy working with adults and couples who are experiencing communication and boundary related issues. I do not work with children aged 12 or younger.
My Background and Approach
I use a conversational approach to therapy based in CBT/ACT, human-centered therapy and eclectic therapy. I have a LCSW-A and am working on full licensure. I received my MSW in 2025 and my Bachelors of Family Sciences and Human Development in 2023 from the University of Georgia.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work from a HAES (Health at Every Size) framework that promotes body neutrality for bodies of all sizes. My ideology focuses on intersectionality and giving voices to those who have been systematically oppressed such as queer, disabled, gender-divergent, and neurodivergent folks.
