About My Clients

I work primarily with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those exploring identity and self-acceptance. My clients often seek a safe, nonjudgmental space to process their experiences and build resilience. If you’re looking for compassionate, personalized care that honors your unique story and strengths, you’ll find a supportive partner here to guide your healing and growth.

My Background and Approach

I am a pre-licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care, equipping me with evidence-based tools to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healing from past wounds. I specialize in working with adults, including neurodivergent individuals, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. My person-centered approach ensures that therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals, providing a safe, affirming space where you feel heard and respected. I bring warmth, humor, and positivity to sessions to make the process of healing feel authentic and manageable. Together, we’ll build resilience and empower you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every person and am committed to creating a welcoming, affirming space for all clients. I deeply value cultural humility, social justice, and the importance of honoring diverse identities and experiences. As an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and neurodiversity acceptance, I strive to support clients in embracing their authentic selves without judgment. I’m passionate about trauma-informed care and believe healing involves both resilience and hope. Outside of therapy, I engage with community causes that promote mental health awareness and inclusion. My goal is to stand alongside you with empathy and respect, empowering your growth in a world that often challenges our sense of belonging.
