About My Clients

You look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected within. You may be high-achieving, navigating perfectionism, trauma, grief, or a major life transition, and what once worked no longer does. You're used to holding it together for everyone else, but beneath the surface, you're running on empty. If you're tired of performing and ready to reclaim yourself, you're in the right place.

My Background and Approach

My approach is relational, grounded, and trauma-informed. I prioritize authenticity over a "clinical mask" and create a supportive space where we can explore difficult experiences without rushing to fix them. Our work will be exploratory and practical, helping you understand how your past has shaped you while building tools to cope, regulate emotions, and move forward with intention. Insight is the foundation, but reformation is the action. Some of our work may incorporate intentional boundaries, practical ways to stay grounded when your body feels the weight of grief or trauma, aligning your daily habits with purpose, and actively reclaiming your narrative after life has been upended. I provide virtual individual and group therapy, and tailor treatment to your needs, values, and goals. If you're ready to move through the world with more intention and less "autopilot", I welcome you to connect and see if this feels like the right next step.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe you already hold the capacity for healing within you, sometimes you just need a space to access it. My role is not to fix you, because you are not broken. I am here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and rediscover what is possible. I believe healing is nonlinear. It doesn't follow a straight path, and that's okay. Progress may look different from week to week, and I hold space for all of it, the breakthroughs and the hard days alike. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I see you as a whole person. not just a set of symptoms or struggles, and I tailor our work together to fit your unique needs, pace, and goals. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to support and guide, never to prescribe. Above all, I want you to feel safe, unjudged, and hopeful. Healing is possible, and you don't have to figure it out alone.
