About My Clients

I love working with teens (16+) and adults who want to gently explore and heal the effects of trauma. I also have a heart for supporting couples who long to communicate more openly, manage conflict with care, and feel closer in their connection. My hope is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged as you move toward healing, growth, and deeper relationships.

My Background and Approach

I have a background in Human Development and Family Science and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, which shape the way I understand people across all stages of life. I am trained in SAFE EMDR to help clients gently process and heal from trauma. For couples, I use Prepare/Enrich and Gottman Level 1 tools to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and navigate conflict with care. These experiences allow me to create a supportive space where individuals and couples can grow, heal, and feel more connected in their lives and relationships.

I have experience with the following
  • Agnosticism
  • Christianity
  • Hinduism
  • Judaism
  • Interfaith
  • Multifaith
