My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered and strength-based; utilizing motivational interviewing techniques, and cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy intervention. I specialize in areas such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and PTSD.
