My Background and Approach
I ground my work in the proven techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR, but believe in a flexible approach that is adjusted to best meet YOU. I am also trained in Collaborative Divorce, which is a private and family-centered divorce process that allows for separating spouses to work through issues and towards interests with the guidance of mental health, legal, and financial professionals.
