About My Clients
I work with adults and young professionals who are navigating everyday stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth questions. Many of my clients arrive at therapy feeling stuck, uncertain about next steps, or simply needing a space to talk through what’s been building up in their lives. Clients who tend to connect well with my approach are often thoughtful, curious about themselves, and open to reflecting on patterns that shape their daily experiences.
My Background and Approach
My background is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices while keeping the human side of therapy central. I believe that meaningful change usually begins with understanding — understanding our reactions, relationships, and the experiences that shaped us. In sessions, I tend to take a collaborative and conversational approach. Rather than directing the process too rigidly, I work alongside clients to explore patterns, emotions, and perspectives that may not always be easy to see from the inside. Working from a quiet psychologist office setting allows sessions to remain focused and uninterrupted, which helps create the kind of atmosphere where deeper reflection can happen. Over time, the goal is not just to solve immediate problems but to build insight, resilience, and a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
