I have experience providing therapy in private practice settings as well as residential-level care for the treatment of eating disorders. I prioritize fostering an honest and respectful therapeutic relationship paired with goal-oriented and evidence-based treatment. I operate from a Humanistic approach to psychotherapy while utilizing skills associated with various established theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gestalt therapy.
