About My Clients
You’re the one everyone counts on—capable, caring, and always giving. But under the surface, you feel drained and guilty for wanting rest or time for yourself. My clients are high-achievers and people-pleasers who’ve spent years holding it all together yet still feel unseen. Together, we ease the pressure to be perfect, heal old patterns, and build a life that feels peaceful and truly yours. Therapy becomes a space to reconnect with your needs, rediscover joy, and feel at home in yourself again.
My Background and Approach
I’ve spent over a decade learning how our earliest relationships shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. My background in psychology helps me support clients who feel stuck in old patterns or unsure why they keep repeating the same struggles. Before becoming a therapist, I worked with foster youth, supported survivors of domestic violence, and volunteered with Crisis Text Line—experiences that taught me the power of simply being heard. I’m also trained in EMDR, a therapy that helps people process and heal from painful experiences that still affect them today. My approach blends warmth, honesty, and practical tools to help you release old wounds, ease stress, and feel more grounded, confident, and at peace in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer, non-binary therapist with ADHD, I see healing as an act of resistance in a world that benefits from our exhaustion and self-doubt. My work is rooted in feminist values, liberation, accessibility, and collective care. I believe therapy can help us unlearn the messages that taught us to minimize our needs, perform perfection, or stay small to stay safe. I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients in reclaiming joy, rest, and self-trust. Outside the therapy space, you can find me doing yoga, gaming, attending ren faires, or recharging with my animals—small acts of joy that remind me what we’re all working toward: the freedom to just be. I believe caring for ourselves strengthens our capacity to care for others, making healing itself a form of quiet revolution.
