About My Clients

Are you stuck in painful relationship patterns or navigating non-traditional relationships, identity, or shifting agreements? Maybe you crave closeness but feel overwhelmed, shut down, or afraid of being too much. In our work together, we’ll explore what your nervous system learned about love, safety, and connection, and gently build new ways of relating that feel more secure, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.

My Background and Approach

In my work with individuals, couples, and polycules, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and deeply human. I don’t see you as broken, your patterns once helped you survive. Together we’ll slow down and listen to what your nervous system is communicating about love, desire, boundaries, and safety. I draw from attachment-based, parts-work, and relational approaches to help you understand what’s happening beneath conflict, shutdown, or overwhelm. We’ll explore how past experiences shape present reactions and gently build new ways of responding that feel more grounded and intentional. Therapy with me is collaborative and non-judgmental. All of you, your fears, your longing, your identities, and your relationships, are welcome here. We’ll develop practical tools you can use both in and out of session to support regulation, communication, and intimacy, so you can move toward relationships that feel more secure, connected, and aligned with who you truly are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every person has an inherent right to pleasure, love, and belonging. I don’t believe people are broken, our struggles make sense in the context of what we’ve lived through and the systems we’ve had to survive. I’m deeply committed to creating spaces that are affirming, anti-oppressive, and rooted in consent, autonomy, and curiosity. I proudly support LGBTQIA+ communities, sex-positive and kink-affirming spaces, and people exploring non-traditional relationships. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves and each other. My work is guided by the idea that emotional connection, empathy, and authenticity are powerful forces for change. I strive to show up as a therapist who is warm, transparent, and human, not distant or judgmental. My hope is that everyone who comes to me feels seen, respected, and empowered to build relationships, and a life, that truly reflect who they are.
