About My Clients

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, whether that includes grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, relationship struggles, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families (ages 8 and up), and I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs.

My Background and Approach

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Prepare/Enrich, Attachment theory, Jungian theory, holistic practices, mindfulness, innerchild work and experiential techniques, everyone's journey to healing is unique so I utilize an eclectic approach to integrate a variety of tools to help find what resonates with you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing and growth happen in relationships. My hope for you is that you leave our time together with a deeper sense of empowerment, growth, and connection to yourself and your relationships. I believe that no one is just one characteristic but we all are made up of many complex parts, there are no such thing as bad parts rather some parts that have adapted to protect us through means that may no longer serve us. My belief is that by viewing each person as mind, body, and spirit and helping them connect with themselves holistically, we can find the healing and growth leading to the life you desire. I offer a unique perspective as a non-religious therapist who values diversity, spirituality, and members of minority groups. It is important to me that you feel safe to explore your values and beliefs knowing that mine will never impede on your process. In my free time I enjoy doing yoga, reading, listening to music, and being in nature.
