I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients ranging from adolescents to older adults, providing me with valuable experience in supporting individuals in their personal growth and development. My experience includes working with mood disorders, personality disorders, and other conditions. I particularly value self-motivated clients committed to making positive changes and actively engaged in the therapeutic process.
My Background and Approach
I use evidence-based and humanistic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Gestalt, EFT, and SFBT to assist individuals in overcoming challenges in their lives. I also address symptoms of these difficulties that may hinder them from living a genuine and meaningful life. I balance these approaches with an appreciation for the therapeutic power of the counseling relationship and the importance of establishing a well-rounded connection between the client and counselor.
