About My Clients
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You may be navigating anxiety, identity, life transitions, relationship stress, communication challenges, or patterns that keep repeating. I work well with clients who want both space to understand themselves more deeply and practical support in creating change.I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. I draw from CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and the Gottman Method to help you make sense of patterns, strengthen relationships, and build tools that fit your life. I don’t believe therapy is about rushing toward a fix. We can slow things down enough to understand what is happening while still working toward meaningful, practical change. My goal is for therapy to feel honest, supportive, and useful.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when people feel seen, respected, and able to show up as their full selves. I value honesty, curiosity, humor, connection, and the idea that growth can happen without losing sight of who you already are. I also believe our relationships, identities, families, communities, and past experiences all shape how we move through the world, so I try to make space for that context in therapy rather than treating concerns in isolation. Outside of therapy, I enjoy music, travel, anime, learning about culture, and finding new places to eat. I’m naturally curious and tend to enjoy conversations about identity, relationships, community, and how people make meaning of their experiences.
