About My Clients
I'm interested in working with adults, college students, and older adults navigating concerns related to intellectual and physical disabilities, LGBTQIA+ identities, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance use, women’s rights/issues, socioeconomic barriers, and other social/societal challenges. I honor each client as the expert of their own life and walk alongside them—offering guidance, a listening ear, advocacy, and mutual accountability throughout our journey.
My Background and Approach
I integrate existential, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, multicultural, feminist, narrative, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapies to provide individualized treatment tailored to each client’s needs. My goal is to create a warm and inclusive environment where individuals feel safe and supported in sharing openly.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My office is an accepting space for all identities, cultures, and lived experiences. I honor each client’s unique story and strive to ensure they feel seen, heard, and respected. I advocate for clients both within and beyond the therapy room, and above all, I strive to build a collaborative, trusting relationship that supports them in achieving their goals.
