I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples as they navigate life transitions, identity exploration, and relational challenges. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with their inner voice—especially when that voice has been quieted by grief, anxiety, depression, or messages from systems and environments that have told them who they should be. My goal is to help you find the power of your own voice in a loud, opinionated world. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I walk alongside clients as they explore who they are, what they feel, and how they want to show up in the world. I take an integrative and holistic approach to counseling, drawing on a variety of interventions, including art therapy techniques, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness practices. I believe that every individual's story matters, and it is the greatest privilege to be able to honor your story. I believe that your experiences matter, and it is important to me to offer a space where you, your story, and your experiences can be honored. I am a strong ally of all things social justice, specifically within the LGBTQ+ and Black Lives Matter communities.
