I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship anxiety, communication challenges, recurring conflict, disconnection, and difficulty feeling secure in their relationships. Together, we'll explore the patterns underneath these struggles and work toward healthier communication, deeper understanding, and more secure and fulfilling relationships.

I work with clients who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, worry, self-doubt, and "what ifs." You may look like you have it all together on the outside while internally feeling anxious or constantly second-guessing yourself. Together, we'll explore what's underneath the anxiety and work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and secure in yourself and your relationships.

For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and pull from the Gottman Method to help identify patterns that can leave partners feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in the same conflicts. Rather than focusing on who is right or wrong, we'll explore the emotions and needs underneath these patterns and work toward greater understanding, security, and connection.

Our early and current relationships can shape how we experience closeness, trust, conflict, and security. I help clients explore relationship patterns, understand the needs and emotions underneath them, and develop healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others. This can be especially helpful for relationship anxiety, self-esteem, and recurring relationship patterns.
