About My Clients
I assist people experiencing grief, adjusting to chronic illness, injury or mobility declines and those in need of support while being a caregiver. In all of these experiences it can be helpful to have a person to guide you through honoring your emotions, identifying ways to adjust to a different life, finding meaning, and stepping forward while honoring yourself and your loved ones.
My Background and Approach
I offer on-line or office visit and walking therapy. My therapeutic approach is grounded in you as the expert as I act as your guide by providing you the process and tools for you to develop and define your own healing. I draw on many therapeutic approaches and my experience as a Hospice and Dialysis Social Worker.
