My Background and Approach
As a level 200- RYT Yoga Practitioner and Counselor, I utilize various mindfulness techniques such as gentle yoga, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation to help clients gain insight in their mind-body connection, regulate emotions, manage challenges, and better understand themselves. In addition to mind-body-based techniques, I use approaches like Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Humanistic, and Mindfulness to help best meet your desires for counseling. If you have experienced anxiety, depression, or distress during your reproductive journey, you are not alone. Reproductive trauma can present in multiple different ways, whether that’s due to difficult conception, pregnancy loss, or stressful postpartum. Sometimes our reproductive hopes and expectations do not go according to plan, and it can be hard to know how to cope.
