About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and the unique emotional challenges that can arise during pregnancy and the postpartum period. My ideal clients are those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves—and are looking for a space where they can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward. I can help you slow down, makse sense of what you're carrying and build tools that bring relief.
My Background and Approach

Therapy provides an opportunity to focus on oneself to work through difficult, sometimes uncomfortable, periods in life. Therapy also encourages self-reflection as a means of improving various aspects of life, such as self-confidence and personal relationships. I utilize a motivational, individual-centered therapeutic approach to help my clients discover their own resiliency and internal strength. Through my experience as a clinician, I have also come to believe in the interdependent connection between physical and mental health, and I strive to help clients understand the importance of this correlation to promote an all-around healthier way of life. My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and have several years of clinical experience working with a diverse range of clients.
