I will empower you with practices to actively and holistically heal your mind, body, & spirit so that you can live an embodied, fulfilling life in alignment with your highest values. You can expect a combination of traditional practices like breathwork & yoga as well as psychoeducation & modern, evidence-based modalities, depending on your unique situation. I understand the courage it takes to be vulnerable with your fear and pain. My commitment is to provide a safe, accepting space for you to show up authentically & to help you actively apply what you gain from sessions into the rest of your life.
