I use tools like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing in a supportive, client-led approach. Whether we’re building healthier boundaries, working through tough emotions, or rediscovering what brings you joy, I’ll walk with you at a pace that feels right for you.

You are the expert in your own life. My role is to support and guide you with compassion, curiosity, and practical strategies that actually help. You weren’t meant to survive this alone, and you don’t have to.
