About My Clients
My ideal client is a courageous heart who is looking to take control of their life to get what they want. Someone who is ready to advocate for themselves in careers and relationships, is unique and feels it's time to be their true self. I work best with clients who are motivated, ready to make a change in their lives, and who are a little outside the norm. We will work together to harness your inner power, heal your prior trauma, and get you to the place you want to be.
My Background and Approach
My approach is all about you! And in this space, you come first! I have worked in the education field for 11 years. I have been working with clients in a private therapy setting for the past year. I also have a lot of experience being overall awesome and fun to hang out with.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I welcome everyone at Heart & Hand Therapy and in my own heart. I believe nobody has to fit into ANY box to receive love, compassion and respect.
