My Background and Approach

My areas of focus are - *Anxiety, *Perfectionism, *Attachment/early childhood wounds, *Relationship Issues, and *Leadership health/burnout. While therapy isn’t a quick fix, and sometimes it feels really hard, we will work towards: reducing your symptoms, creating an understanding of how you got to this place in your life, and help create a little more sense of control inside of you.
