About My Clients

Are you facing the challenging and overwhelming emotional journey of divorce? Or are you struggling to keep your marriage together? It's perfectly normal to feel lost, confused, and burdened during these life-altering times. As an experienced therapist and divorce coach with eight years of dedicated practice, I understand the pain points you're experiencing. I empathize with the emotional turmoil, confusion, and uncertainty that can accompany these transitions, and I'm here to guide you through.

My Background and Approach

I believe in the incredible power of transformation and healing. Together, we can work towards discovering your inner strength, resilience, and the potential for growth that these life changes can bring. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a strength-based client focus. I will help you to re-examine your thoughts, slow them down, and be able to decide which ones are useful for you to keep. You'll not only navigate these challenges but emerge stronger and more fortified. I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples & families rebuild their lives after divorce and find peace during faith crises or transitions. My experience combined with my commitment to your well-being makes me the ideal partner on your journey to healing and growth. If you're ready to take the first step towards a brighter future, reach out to me today.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My personal belief is that nobody is too far gone to change. I believe in the power of the human mind and body and the great things people can do and accomplish. I believe that when we work together, and align our focus, thinking patterns change and miracles can happen. I know how it feels to face challenges alone, where you may feel no one understands. From this place, I used this as fuel for my dream of becoming a therapist and helping people. You do not have to face what you are going through alone and there is real help that is full of hope. What takes most of my attention outside of my therapy practice is my family. I have five amazing children and an awesome and supportive husband. My favorite thing is watching them perform in their various activities. My husband and I enjoy hiking, eating and engaging in advocacy for the marginalized and forgotten. We sponsor an orphanage in Ensenada, Mexico called Gabriel's house where they provide for children with special needs.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
