About My Clients
Everyone needs somebody to listen to them sometimes. Are you feeling alone, anxious, depressed, or wanting to work through trauma? I am here to listen. Whether that be for yourself or for your children, I am here to help. Our human nature is so complex and my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you to combat adversity. My purpose is to create a non-judgmental, safe space for you where you feel heard, validated, and most importantly supported.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with adolescents and their families, figuring out how to communicate with one another and how to have a thriving, loving relationship. I have worked with clients individually to walk alongside them through a very difficult season of life. My goal is to help equip you or your child with coping skills to be able to navigate life struggles and regulate emotions. We'll work collaboratively to set attainable and measurable goals. I have worked with self-harming behavior, depression, anxiety, life changes, etc.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the power to make changes within their life. I do not believe there is a limit to human capacity. Being able to truly process feelings, thoughts, emotions in a nonjudgmental place can make a significant difference in people's lives.
