About My Clients
Many people come to this work feeling constant tension between their brains and bodies, pervasive self-doubt and criticism, or a sense of feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. You may be carrying old patterns that once helped you cope but now prevent you from feeling grounded and whole. Therapy creates space to slow down, listen inward, and honor what is asking for care and attention.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering integrative psychotherapy and intensives for adults in Colorado. My work is trauma-informed and shaped by a deep understanding of human development, relational dynamics, and the ways lived experience shapes how we relate to ourselves and others. I blend mindfulness and experiential practices with thoughtful dialogue influenced by advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR and Yoga. I aim to bring a calm and compassionate presence to the therapeutic relationship while remaining actively engaged and directive in the work. I collaborate closely with clients to help them navigate uncertainty, address unresolved pain, and move toward greater authenticity and alignment. My approach balances thoughtful structure with emotional attunement, creating a space where meaningful change can unfold.
