About My Clients

Are you wondering why the same issues come up in your relationships over and over? Would you like to understand your neurodivergent brain better and build skills to support your needs in this neurotypical world? Need help managing depression, anxiety, or shame? Are you wanting to add more joy and fulfillment to your life? You're not alone! Together we can work to help you achieve new tools for creating growth and enriching your life.

My Background and Approach

I work with clients to break the cycles that are no longer serving them. I am focused on fostering an inclusive, and body/sex-positive environment for growth. I have experience with neurodiverse clients across the ADHD, OCD, and Autism spectrum as well as clients in open/polyamorous relationships, and my work is kink aware and affirming, as well as LGBTQ+ and gender affirming. I offer a non-judgmental space for growth. With commitment to authenticity and depth-oriented counseling practices, I work to help provide you with a new perspective on life and help you create room for lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Being human is unrelenting, but one of the most amazing things about us, is that we have the capacity for change. Neuroscience has shown us that our brains are able of forming new neural pathways, allowing us to create healthier patterns for ourselves, and enabling us to heal old wounds. My own journey of self-discovery has cemented a love of music, travel, film, the outdoors, and spending time with those closest to me. I believe we are all capable, through introspection and curiosity, of fostering our own values and improving our relationship with others as well as ourselves.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
