About My Clients
I work with adults who may understand themselves well intellectually, but still find themselves caught in patterns they can’t seem to change. You may know why you become anxious in relationships, shut down during conflict, struggle to set boundaries, return to unhealthy dynamics, or reach for something outside of yourself when emotions become difficult—and still feel frustrated when insight alone doesn’t change what happens in the moment.
My Background and Approach
My approach is experiential, relational, and embodied. Along with understanding where patterns come from, we pay attention to what happens when they are activated in real time—the emotions, beliefs, physical responses, and urges that can make familiar behaviors feel almost automatic. I integrate EMDR, somatic and experiential approaches, parts work, and evidence-based therapies to help create change that is not only understood intellectually, but experienced differently.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship and attachment patterns, codependency, and addiction and recovery. My goal is to offer a space where you can be deeply understood while also being supported to move beyond the patterns that are no longer serving you.
