About My Clients
I work with people who want to understand themselves on a deeper level and are grappling with existential concerns—questions about identity, meaning, purpose, isolation, and how to live a fulfilling, authentic life. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, relationship concerns and trauma. I work from a relational psychodynamic perspective, which means I’m interested in how early and ongoing relationships shape the ways we experience ourselves, others, and the world.
My Background and Approach
I use a psychodynamic, holistic, trauma-focused lens rooted in attachment theory, and bring with me an intensive training in human development. I am trained in ACT, CBT and trauma focused modalities. I have been providing clinical work for the last 11 years.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I draw from a feminist and a socially conscious perspective that recognize the impact of systemic, political, and intergenerational forces on mental health and well-being. I believe in our natural system of healing as well as using deep insight oriented work to get to know ourselves better.
