About My Clients

Feeling overwhelmed about today's world, the ongoing pandemic, or navigating the challenges of being self-critical, neurodivergent, or coping with chronic illness? Maybe day-to-day tasks, relationships, or finding a work-life balance are becoming harder to manage. It can feel exhausting. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering the support you need to build the confidence, resilience, and self-compassion to not only get by, but to thrive.

My Background and Approach

I’m here to walk alongside you, offering the support and tools you need to build the confidence, resilience, and self-compassion to not only get by, but to thrive. Together, we’ll collaborate and explore personalized approaches that honor your individuality, helping you navigate your life in a way that feels authentic to you. Using a tailored approach to each person, I like to incorporate a Person Centered approach while also integrating Internal Family Systems, Somatic, and Attachment based modalities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I found deep meaning and healing in my own therapy and want to help others. Before I became a therapist, I previously worked in the entertainment industry for more than a decade. I understand the nuances of working in the industry and the importance of cultivating creativity and passion in life. Everyone deserves a space to freely express their creativity, and I am committed to fostering and encouraging that creative energy as a pathway to healing and joy. In my personal time, I love going to the beach to look for sea glass, taking photos of the clouds (especially at sunset!) and watching the little piper birds run in and out of the tide. I like to spend time watching movies and TV with my partner and our elderly dog, Max. I also love music and play piano and guitar. My music taste is kind of eclectic with some of my favorite groups being Gogol Bordello, Alanis Morissette, Sufjan Stevens, and Imogen Heap. I am a Covid-Conscious person who still practices Covid precautions in 2025.
