About My Clients
Do you need a place to share your story? It's one thing to sit and think about your struggles alone, but when you begin to share them out loud, your story starts to shift outside of you and you can find healing within yourself. There is power in sharing, and I am passionate about creating a space where you feel safe and supported to do just that. I see your strengths and believe in working collaboratively in therapy.
My Background and Approach
I incorporate principles from different therapy techniques such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness to best meet the needs of clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are not meant to suffer alone or in silence. I know it can feel intimidating to consider therapy and I am here to help make the experience as seamless as possible.
