About My Clients

The people I work with come from all walks of life. What they share is a deep desire for real change — not just quick fixes. Many have tried talk therapy, but still feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. They might struggle with self-doubt, low self-esteem, numbness, or old wounds that still feel very alive. Some feel like they’ve lost touch with who they are underneath all the coping. Often longing for deeper relationships, more self-acceptance, and a way back to their joy.

My Background and Approach

Talk therapy is powerful for the experiences we can name — but some emotions live deeper, beyond words. That's where art comes in. Through a depth-oriented approach, I integrate creative expression and mindful awareness to help you access and heal layers that talking alone may not reach. Both are essential for real growth and lasting change. That’s why I offer dynamic, personalized services designed to help you see yourself from new perspectives, gently loosen old patterns, and build sustainable, meaningful transformation in your life. Together, we’ll explore kinder, more compassionate ways for you to take care of yourself — rooted in who you truly are, not just who you had to be. I've devoted over twenty years to studying the power of art therapy, weaving in clinical applications of neuroscience to create a grounded, effective approach. Our work focuses on updating outdated beliefs, reconnecting you to your innate creativity, and aligning you with your deeper truth.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Healing is a deeply personal journey, and it can look different at various stages of life. I’m passionate about offering expressive experiences that help people connect with themselves in new, meaningful ways. Through my studies in neuroscience, I’ve come to understand how the brain, body, and mind process and integrate information. This knowledge informs the work I do with clients, allowing me to guide deep healing focused on integration - the core of lasting wellness. It’s possible to re-train your nervous system to welcome more love, creativity, and joy into your life. It’s possible to feel more grounded, to practice deeper self-compassion, and to embrace rest without guilt. I believe in creating space for all. I stand in solidarity with the women’s movement, suicide awareness, eco/environmental sustainability, and the fight for justice in addressing the student debt crisis. I ally with the LGBTQ+ community and support Black Lives Matter. I practice cultural humility.
