About My Clients
I believe that therapy can be the key to unlocking your higher self, regardless of your place in life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, life transitions, academic stress, relationship issues, parenting, body image and eating issues, trauma and more. I use a flexible approach that focuses on your relationship with yourself so that we can focus on who you are and what you want and need in an intuitive and compassionate manner.
My Background and Approach
I use CBT and Internal Family Systems techniques to identify your patterns, discover all of the parts of yourself, develop self-compassion, self-regulate and make lasting changes. I also offer QEEGs, PBM and neurofeedback to target symptoms by regulating your brain, which is quite effective for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep issues and more.
