About My Clients

My clients are individuals and families seeking support through stress, trauma, or life transitions. They want a safe, compassionate space to feel heard and understood while building coping skills and resilience. Many are looking for practical strategies to manage challenges, strengthen relationships, and grow with confidence. Together, we focus on their strengths and create a path toward healing, balance, and lasting growth.

My Background and Approach

I am a Master of Social Work student with a background in Sociology and Psychology, and experience working with children and families through community programs like Head Start. My personal experiences with trauma and counseling have shaped my passion for creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and goals. I often integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness strategies, and family-focused interventions to help clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and navigate challenges with confidence. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, compassionate, and empowering, so I strive to walk alongside clients as they explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change. My goal is to provide practical tools and emotional support that foster healing, growth, and wellbeing.
