I work with teens and young adults to help them rise in the face of hardship. See, life can be overwhelming. My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating teens and young adults who struggle with anxiety and ADHD. I also work with folks of all ages and have helped people navigate depression, trauma, and other issues. I want to provide a space where you can feel supported as you overcome life’s challenges. We’ll identify your needs, leverage your strengths, and encourage you to thrive. All it takes is the willingness to reach out and start your journey.
