About My Clients
I work with individuals and partners navigating polyamory, consensual non-monogamy, kink, queer relationships, attachment, jealousy, boundaries, intimacy, and communication. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware but still feel stuck in patterns they understand intellectually. Therapy can help you build self-trust, communicate more clearly, and create relationships that feel intentional, authentic, and aligned with your values.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and people in diverse relationship structures. My approach is integrative, systemic, and collaborative, drawing from CBT, attachment work, and somatic awareness. I help clients understand not only their thoughts and behaviors, but also the relationship patterns, family systems, cultural messages, and past experiences shaping them. My style is warm, direct, and conversational. I ask questions, identify patterns, offer observations, and challenge you when helpful. I specialize in queer, polyamorous, consensually non-monogamous, kink, and sex-positive care, so you won’t need to explain or defend your relationship structure. My goal is to help you build insight, emotional awareness, stronger communication, and more intentional relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is no single “right” way to build a meaningful relationship. Healthy relationships are created through consent, communication, accountability, curiosity, and intentional choice—not simply by following traditional scripts. I believe autonomy and connection can coexist: you can love deeply without losing yourself. I do not view jealousy, insecurity, conflict, kink, polyamory, or queer identity as automatic signs that something is wrong. Emotions carry information, and therapy can help you understand what they are asking for. I also believe culture, race, gender, sexuality, family expectations, and power shape how we relate. My goal is not to tell you what your relationship should look like, but to help you understand your values, trust your own voice, and build relationships that feel authentic to you.
