About My Clients
I am passionate about working with adolescents, the LGBTQIA+ community, and school avoidance/anxiety concern. I enjoy incorporating your (or your child's) interests into therapy. For example, do you enjoy video games, art, poetry, music, or journaling? We can use that!
My Background and Approach
I aim to create a safe and comfortable space for my clients. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I enjoy learning and growing as a therapist. It is an honor to serve others on their path to healing!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a progressive, anti-racist, pro-choice and LGBTQIA+ affirming person. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing with my puppies, arts/crafts and playing video games.
