My Background and Approach
I have experience working with all ages, however I especially love teens, young adults, and adults. I am a licensed associate counselor in Arkansas and have been practicing since 2021. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilize a person centered approach. Your therapy goals are personalized to you and I collaborate with you on every step of the way.
